    Southern Sweetened Tea

Living in Michigan, We, as a state seem to drink coffee in one form or another over tea.. What is the prefered tea leafs (bags) used by most? My favorite is black tazo I get from my step daughter. (she works at starbucks) I've tried lipton but, their tea seems really harsh..

Capacity of WSM For Spare Ribs

I guess it depends on what style ribs your cooking. st louis style, W/O the tips. you should get 5 on there, using 2 racks (depending on what style of racks of course) you won't have room for a butt though,

    GURU TEMP PROBLEMS

WSM user here.. I've had my guru for about a year.. The last couple of cooks,I've had a hard time keeping the temps down. pit is very happy at 250.. I cannot get the temp to drop below that.. I use a clay pot base instead of the water pan. guru, and no other mods with kingsford charcoal...

    WSM in colors!!!

Wait, how about white with blue markings?? when someone asks me what a WSM is, i tell'em "my pit, about the same size as R2-D2" colored white, should give quite the visual, don't you think?

Clay pot base in place of water pan?

What about using a "pizza" stone? I now use a guru.. no more water for me. currently, i leave the pan dry, toss in a few aluminum foil balls, and have the pan covered in foil. seems to work o.k.. thinking pottery would be better..
