You Know Larry, I only live about 45 miles away. You could have called a guy and invited ME over for dinner. Great job on the bird. I love Wolfe Rub on chicken, I bet its great on turkeys too.

Well, I just smoked the best Brisket of my life. I used apple and peach wood along with the Kingsford. I put my Jack Sauce on it and let her rest. The flavor is incredible.

Things are moving along just fine. The briskets are at 188 and the butts at 170.

Started the girls at 5:30 this morning. I have 2 briskets and 3 butts on for a small catering gig this comming weekend. Its a beutiful day in the smoke.

Well, it took me a couple of days to weld this due to some work schedual issues but I finnaly got it done.

Sorry about that. They were .99 lb. Not bad at that price. Sams had them for 1.38lb the other day.
