Pulled/Shredded Chicken

I plan on making pulled/shredded chicken sandwiches for a party. Has anyone ever included the breast or just done legs and thighs only?
 
I tend to include a half breast for each chicken I do. Sometimes none though. The breast makes for good slicing on sandwiches, drowned in salsa and cheese on nachos, or in quesadillas. And I don't have to worry about it drying out the rest of the chicken.
