Salt brined and butterflied whole bird; liquid brined skinless bone-in breast; and "Armadillo Turkey"- a boneless breast stuffed with cornbread and sausage dressing, wrapped in bacon, and finished with a cranberry bbq sauce glaze. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!

Great looking chow Logan. I did one of those boneless breasts over the weekend, and the cranberry BBQ sauce stole the entire show. Great job.

People are really gonna "gobble" that up!

Get it? Gobble... because its turkey. Turkeys make a gobble sound. But its a play on words because gobbling can mean to eat quickly. Sort of a pun. I should be a comedy writer. Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
