Turkey 3-Ways!


 
I agree with everyone, great cook, but did anyone notice that this post is a year old?
A quick check shows that D Logan hasn't posted in a year.
Hopefully they will come back to answer the questions.

Funny! I just check threads with new activity, and I guess I assume the original post is recent. Looks like this one got bumped up when Bill asked for the armadillo turkey recipe. And I can't blame him--that looked great!
 
I saw this same picture posted on facebook yesterday. In trying to get the recipe, I did a google search of "armadillo turkey." This thread came up and I figured the same guy was posting his great picture everywhere he could. So I posted recipe requests everywhere I saw the picture. Haven't heard back from him anywhere, so I guess I'll have to figure this one out for myself.

Here is a post by D Logan that looks like the same recipe.
And here is a cranberry glaze recipe.

The only armadillo turkey recipe I could find called for a whole turkey and a pineapple for the breast and stuffed inside.
