For those of you that live in an area with a Publix, they have the full sized bottles of Heinz Pitmaster sauces on BOGO through next Wed. Came out to just under $1.30 a bottle. Can't beat that deal. Have yet to try any of them, but picked up the Texas and Carolina ones today.

Mastering the WSM isn't difficult and it's a very tasty learning experience. The more cooks you get on it, the more seasoned it becomes and the more set it and forget it the temps will be.
Haven't tried the briqs yet, but Royal Oak is my preferred brand of lump for the WSM, so I'm hoping it's a similar quality product. Picked up three twin packs this morning.
