Sunday's cook started with a packet of gold potatoes with onions and butter, Texas sausage link, and a Hatch chile pepper.
Followed by the steaks.
The pepper went on my spuds.
Had an overload of grape tomatoes, so I smoked some using my smoke tube with apple pellets.
After 2 hours they went into the dehydrator.
Small yield but they are smokey, sweet, and tasty.
Monday was burgers.
This is Costco's lean 83/17 ground beef, so I put a pat of butter in each.
No plate shot, but here they are getting cheesed.
Jo Anne made a pecan pie cobbler.
It was outstanding!
