We are currently enjoying our second batch. First batch was made with vodka and the second batch was with everclear. The everclear batch was the better. Both were good! We have a batch grapefruit and a batch of lime soaking. This could get addicting.

Love my WSM 22.5. I find I need more work surface and storage. I can't put the lid or middle section on my deck. Wife would not appreciate the nice rings that would leave. I am thinking about building a work station with the 22.5 WSM in the middle and 2 flat work counters (prob. stainless steel)...

My first smoke was a couple butts. The water bowl really made it easy to control the temp for low and slow (225-250). Butts turned out great.

Just finished my first chicken on the WSM and my first beer can chicken ever. The chicken came out very moist with great flavor. The skin was tough.
I rubbed it with olive oil and a basic bbq rub before putting it on. Didn't do anything during the cook.
