
This was dinner last night. DH followed directions, but he wished he had cooked it longer than it called for.
Yucatan Pork Steaks ( Poc Chuc)
4 boneless pork blade steaks, about 1/2" thick
1 large red onion, sliced
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne
Place pork and onion in a self-sealing plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork; seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Lift pork steaks from marinade, brushing off onion. Grill over hot coals for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Heat onion and marinade to boiling. Serve with pork steaks and warmed tortillas. Serves 4
