Your thoughts about using MSG?


 
I used to be on a no salt Mrs dash regimen for about a year. Not really for health reasons, just wanted to cut back on the amount of table salt used.
I always added a little Accent to any thing I cooked and it helped.

I prefer to cook things as naturally as possible, but some SM meats or vegs do need a little kick for flavor.

Ouch!
A 2 oz container of Accent was $2.99. It will be used sparingly, so it should last a good while.
I'll report back after a few trials.
 
Chinese restaurants are notorious for using the stuff. We have to limit Chinese food just for that reason, or we'll have excessive swelling and an increased heart rate.
