More smoke.... geez .... so I dug out some short ribs and made braised plate ribs on creamy polenta In a cast iron Dutch oven. almost forgot I had an oven. Someday I’ll be able to use my Webers again......

Thanks. I appreciate it. Up here in Sonoma, yet another fire. We are safe from it but everything is covered in ash. 2nd big fire in 3 weeks.
