Yes, fish tacos again

I've been seeing all of your taco pics posted and it gave me the taste for some here..

Tilapia marinaded for an hour or so:

On the Craycort insert:

Chopped a bit for filling:

Filled with some adobo sauce, salsa and lettuce:

Salsa was from Sam's Italian Rose Fresh Salsa I added black beans and some fresh roasted corn, nice!

Scotty I pretty much used this recipe I found through a search.. I'm much better at following direction than coming up with my own dishes. The flavors were great.
