Had a BEE-YOU-TI-FUL day out so I had some Pork Butt that was a GREAT deal, so I smoked it and Cut the Grass, landscaped, mulched and enjoyed the outdoors. Got the Smoker Smokin..

Matthew, those butts look great! Love that bark! I'm assuming you did them hot and fast, as mine are usually all-nighters?
