Skewered a couple of diced chicken breasts and green onion and grilled them on my Lodge Sportsman grill. I love this thing, its the perfect grill for cooking meat on a stick.


When they were almost done I started brushing a thin layer of teriyaki sauce on them


Did the same thing to a can of pineapple chunks


Sauteed some Normandy veggies and leftover zucchini


Served on top of some brown rice and drizzled some more teriyaki sauce over everything
 
That cook looks delish! Ya know, I've been eye balling the lodge cast iron grill but I'm just not sure where it would fit in, in my BBQ arsenal.
 
Very elegant John - love the color on the yak sticks. the stir fried veggies is just over the top. It looks like you have a special cooking rig for your wok - tell us about that...

I'm not sure what they are called, I think a banjo burner. I picked it up at a swap meet quite a few years back. The ring on mine is for a discada, The are pretty common around here, most of the bigger Mexican markets carry them.
