I just got my first WSM and couldn't be more excited. Moved into a new house: wife has new kitchen, hot tub, carpets, more space, ect, but I came away with the best, a new Weber Smokey Mountain.

When I did my first smoke at the new house, several downwind neighbors came by to levy a "smoke tax" of samplers. /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
