WSM Wings

I had time yesterday to smoke some wings on the WSM. 5lbs from Stop + Shop, left in the fridge to dry the skin for about 6 hours. My wife made her almost famous wing rub and they went on for 90 minutes at 250 with some pecan. I did a quick crisp on the gas grill at 400, about 2 minutes each side. Perfect Sunday afternoon snack.
