WSM Smoked Cajun Wings

Did 60 cajun wings yesterday on my WSM. Simple pre-made Slap Yo Mama rub with a little added baking powder. I wet brined them over night then dried them and added dry cajun rub before putting in the WSM. They turned out awesome and even crisped up a little. Took half to a lunch with a friend and the other half to an afternoon bbq. I think the afternoon ones may have been even smokier after putting in the refrigerator and reheating later.
