WSM Mods and Ribs

This weekend I Modded my WSM. I added a table and probe grommet. I used some left over Bamboo flooring that I glued togther for the table. I used a lamp rod and an existing hole for the prob grommet. Now I have a table to set my Maverick on as well as a place to hang my IQ 110. After I finished modding my smoker, I smoked some ribs to try it out.
