WSM Christmas Prime Rib


 
I fired up the WSM with apple and cherry wood for smoke and threw on a 9lb. prime rib for my brother for Christmas eve dinner! Sorry no sliced pic as my brother will get to do that tonight!! took it to 132* internal and 350* at the lid.

Very little drippings. I would say maybe 4 or 5 tablespoons.It took right at 3 hours.
