WSM 14.5 good for small cooks

We were doing Dogs and Burgers yesterday for a Memorial Day cookout. One of my sons wanted a kielbasa smoked. There is no way I am going to fire up the 22.5 for a single link of Kielbasa, 20 pounds of charcoal for 1 pound of meat?
I put about 40 coals in the 14.5 and lit 10 and then smoked the kielbasa with pecan. Shut down afterwards and most of the coal is still there.

The 14.5 is perfect for small quick smokes!

It's also great for larger cooks, yesterday I did an 8 lb full butt on my mini that went almost nine hours on one load of coals with at least another hour of fuel and ash space if I needed it.
