Best chickens wings yet on Sunday! 45 minutes total cook at 400 to 425. Flipped after 30 minutes. Mine is the medium. I actually wish I had gotten one smaller. The center rack sits just proud of the main cooking rack and I don't think I need that large of a charcoal load to cook chicken pieces like this.
