Wanted to share this …
I have had my E6 for a year. Use it at least twice a week. Once I bought it, I decided to try keep it cleaner than the grills I have owned in the past.
My answer was 3 fold:
1 Make oversized drip pans. All my drip pans are handmade with HD foil.
2 Brush cooking grate before and after grilling. I oil the food, not the grate.
3 Brush the inside of the bowl, lid, and ash bucket after each use per information provided by TVWBB (Thank you Chris!!!).
I have never cleaned the bowl beyond the brushing. Here’s the bowl after one year:

I use the brush recommended by Chris A.
