WSK E6 for sale (mine) Sacramento region, CA

Why not have both? That's my dream.
Excellent point! :giggle:
I can't say I haven't thought about getting another grilling station and flipping the cooker around so it mirrors. This would create one long SS table between the cookers. You would have to incorporate some custom fab work to make it look "professional".

Just pop the E6 on the other end of the table.
Maybe not as pretty on the eyes but it would work well........
This is how I use my E6 on the end of my performer table.
Lets me use thermometers on wire and gives me space to tongs and things like that.
I also wasn't paying $1000 for the table when I had this option.
If I had no performer then I probably would own an S6.

I don't know the market for a used good condition E6.......maybe he might be a proud owner of 2.
then the real cooks begin.

There was a used one on FBM for 900 that was dirty that went for 900.

It’s something to consider. I know I’d use the extra space when cooking larger cooks.

Haven’t listed it yet. Will mull it over for the next week or so.

I’m also going to sell my Summit 670s NG gasser.

They do sell here very quickly. We have year round grilling weather. I think I do 120-150 cooks a year on my grills.

My outdoor island will have this new S6, a wok station and possibly a built in gasser. I just don’t know if a gasser makes sense to me. But I also have to think of resale value of the home and if a grill/island with a gasser adds value or not.

Lots to think about still.

I have a Genesis II SE-335. Use it mostly for spare the air days or when the Mrs. wants grilled, not smoked.

Did this sell or could you not live without it?
haven't had time to list it officially yet and won't be able to do so, possibly, until after Aug 8th. we just got back from family cruise to AK and i have to run an extended project now through Aug 8th so i have zero free time.
