Just to continue the discussion of smoke woods in the Twin Cities...I was over at Coastal Seafoods today, and they have 10 pound bags of apple, alder, hickory, cherry, oak, pecan...The same company Wood Brothers who apparently supplies Lyndale Garden.
Anyway, they also have some awesome looking striped bass that is about to come off the WSM over here!
