Real Wisconsin brats from a joint in Slinger Wisconsin called HELD'S MEAT MARKET.
Folks, if you want the real deal, hit up Held's for the best brats in Cheeseland.
tossed on a ½dozen with some pig jowl... then the fire kicked in...

yes, the casings broke on some sausages, a sin in WisconSIN brat grilling..

after the jowl was cooked fine, i plopped it over the brats for no good reason whatsoever.

once the fire was out and the brats cooked perfectly, i removed everything from the WeberInferno

served the brats on Harvarti cheese with the jowl on supersoft delicious brat rolls
piled along side some broccoli, onions and peppers.

Honestly, if you're from America's Dairyland and you ain't tried Held's brats, get going! No regrets Ever!
