Wings on the Kettle

I should have gotten more pic's but here are 2. I brine the wings and rubbed with Weber Kansas City Rub. Then 2 minutes per side over direct heat with the trays in the middle then I pull the trays to the side for 25 minutes at high heat. The kettle got to 450 wide open vents. I used a mix of KBB and Royal Oak hardwood charcoal.



 
They look great, how'd they taste?

Perfect the rub was great Weber Kansas City, had a little sweetness to it and the chicken was moist from the brine. I tend to over cook chicken so I have been making an effort to get it off the grill while still moist but fully cooked and I hit the mark on these.
