Wings n Dogs.

I'm a big fan of traditional buffalo wings but sometimes you've got to mix it up and try new flavors. I love lemongrass and thought it would go well with wings along with garlic, soy, fish sauce, pepper and honey.
The wings marinaded overnight then I cooked them indirect on the OTG.

After 45 min I added some 1/4 lb hot dogs to the grill.
