Wife left me home alone, so I did a little digging in the freezer and found me some chicken wings. Thawed, seasoned and on the WSM until I felt it was time to dig in.

Sorry, no plated pics with sides and such.

Did I mention I was home alone!

Thanks guys! The hanger works great if I'm only doing a dozen wings or less.

Maybe I should get a second one to use on the bottom rack!

Looks very good, thanks for the idea of using a hanger! I'm gonna keep my eyes open and try to find something usefull for my go anywhere
