Just kidding, i feel for you.Especially as i?m done cooking an 11# shoulder (biggest so far).

One load of coconut briquettes and it was cooking along steady between 220 and 240.
Put a slab of Baby Backs on top this morning and all was finished in time.
Rest is already packed in foodsaver bags, so i?m loaded for a few weeks again.
