Wild Salmon Dinner

My son brought home some wild caught salmon fillets that a coworker caught on a fishing trip to Alaska.

Grilled them up last night with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled green beans, and Red Lobster cheese biscuits. The salmon was excellent!

Looks good. That plate takes me back, everyone had those plates back in the day, but I havent seen one in a while.
