Why Bone Broth is the Ultimate Recovery Drink (article)

I know whenever I'm made a really good stock, there is just something restorative about it. That's essentially what's going on here.

Soup (homemade) is a wonder food. That reminds me: I have some beef bones in the freezer.

So many people have soup from a can that they don't really know how it was made in the days of homemade.
A whole chicken in the pot with home made noodles is the way my mom did it. Takes time, but most good things do.

The best beef broth I ever made was from the Frugal Gourmet aka Jeff Smith.
Beef Marrow bones slowly cooked overnite in the oven than added to the stock pot.
Busy times make it easy to grab a few cartons of store bought broth, but like the others have said, homemade is the best!
