My WSM is a bit busy today:
3 racks of babies
Choice cut brisket flat (small 7#)
Pot of beans

I just threw on some green and red peppers.
I plan to smoke them for about and hour +/- , then I will dice them up and saute a sweet yellow onion. Mix the veggies and stuff a fattie!! Oh and can't forget the mozzarella cheese.

1 lb of ABTs as an appetizer.
3 racks of baby backs with BRITU rub.
Pot of baked beans

DigiQ II has kept the temp steady for both cooks. Gotta love the Guru!
 
Tony - If I were to read the board before posting I would've realized someone had already started a thread. Not until after I put my thread up did I see the Superbowl thread.
