Who's cooking what this weekend?

Checked the temp. Smoker puffing along at 216. Got up and bumped the legs to settle some of the ash. Opened the door for a minute to top off the water pan and the temp started back up. Also cracked the front vent open about 10%. Will put the ribs on around 11:00.

Slathered and rubbed ribs went on a few minutes ago. Had to add more fuel this morning around 8:00. Resulted in a temp spike of around 260. Got it back down to 220 right now. Butts are at 190 after 17 hrs. I was counting on a 20+ hour cook but they may finish early. I'm gonna let them go for a while and then foil and rest. I've never had a problem with dry butts so I think I can let them cook a little longer than I usually do before taking them off.
I'm thinking 6 hrs for the ribs.
Nice clear day here. Wind has died down a little.

Butt's at 170, Brisket about the same. 3 hours to kick off!

Can't wait for it. The que, that is.

Just pulled everything and foiled and resting in the cooler. Preliminary impressions are that the 2 racks of ribs look dry after only 5 hours and the Butts are plenty moist and falling apart after almost 21 hrs. I wonder how long I would have to cook one to dry it out?
