Cooked a 6.5 lb whole turkey breast yesterday,(first one I ever smoked), it was Great !!!
Used Chris's brine recipe from the cooking topics, that sure added lots of flavor, I highly recommend trying it, if you haven't, I think the honey is the secret ingrident. I'm thinking about trying the brine on ribs.
