Whole chicken this weekend

I smoked up a chicken this weekend. Nothing fancy just rubbed down under the skin and smoked it for 2.5 hours. After I pulled I made some smoked chicken nachos, and then threw the carcass in a pot for some smokey chicken stock (first try at that, we'll see).
