Whole Chicken on the SmokeFire

Cleaned up the SmokeFire knowing cooking a whole chicken is a mess waiting to happen

SPG for the base and Old Bay "Hot" for the kick

2.5 hours later at "350" according to the SM

Carved

Granted, my carving skills do lack, but the reason for the mess is because everyone was eating it as I carved it. It was really good. The SF makes good whole chicken

Wow that looks excellent! Your carving skills seem fine to me, but I would have been sneaking pieces from the cutting board too!
