Which rack for ribs and chicken...

Just bought my WSM last night.
Will be cooking baby back ribs and chicken
quarters on it for the first time tomorrow.

Which rack should I put the ribs on and
which rack should I put the chicken on?

Health regs require that you store
raw poultry below other meats, not a bad idea while cooking it also. Not as handy because chicken cooks faster but better safe than sorry.
