What's your favorite backyard cooked Taco?


 
Well, I’d hope so. Not sure what gringo thought parsley belonged in a shrimp taco…
As soon as I saw the recipe that was my first thought (damn gringo)!!! The recipe calling for parsley almost lead me to not making it. I thought if you are going to put parsley on a taco then can the recipe be any good at all. But I am glad I made it, with the switch, it put the spotlight on the shrimp with complete Mexican flavors in the background.
 
Wow - now I pretty much HAVE to make some tacos soon.... the only question is what kind? I lean toward shredded pork or beef tacos most of the time so maybe I go that direction.
