Hey ya’ll
I’m a long time charcoal griller but first time Weber owner weird right. Well I started off with a Brinkman adjustable charcoal grill then when I wore that out I was all consumed by the kamado grill. I wanted a Big Green Egg so bad but I ended up finding a Primo XL fairly affordably close by. After moving that home I knew that would be my one and only of those. After a while I found my favorite or tied for favorite grill and that was a PK classic. I got the PKTX and GO stands for it to make a great portable cooker. For a while the PK was doing everything I didn’t need with the Primo except for a handful of large overnight smokes per year. Eventually I learned about the Weber Summit and it took a while to get myself one but I finally got the E6 model and it’s been awesome. Big cooker capability and smaller cooker speed for heating up. It’s very much tied the PK as my favorite grill ever. Anyhow stoked to meet yall and share cooks with ya.

welcome to the WSK club!

Looking forward to you sharing your cooks.

If you use the tag feature and put "wsk" tag on your posts then we can find them again.

And if you want to read through a few, here are some.
