What's on your Christmas menu?

My parents and the mother in law coming over tonight after church. It's become sort of tradition that I make Ina Garten's lasagna with sausage and goat cheese. Tomorrow, as is tradition, Dad will be slow roasting a whole tenderloin on his Summit.

My boss gets everyone in the company a turkey just before Thanksgiving, which because we historically spend Thanksgiving elsewhere, I have cooked for Christmas. This year, Thanksgiving was at our house and the turkey has already been cooked and eaten. So I got a bone-in rib roast to cook, will be adding mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped asparagus, salad, and crescent rolls. This is my first stab at cooking rib roast, wish me luck.
