What is everybody cooking this 4th of July weekend?

After discussing with the family the menu for this weekend is set.
Saturday: green chile burgers (got the New Mexico connection for roasted Hatch green chiles) and will be trying bacon wrapped tater tots (per the tvwbb recipe!), and some grilled corn. I'll be breaking down my WSM to be a grill for the burgers and corn

Sunday: grilled brauts, grilled asparagus, and some home made mac & cheese. Keeping the WSM set up as a grill

Monday: brisket flat per high heat method with post oak for the smoke, home made hush puppies, potato salad, and green beans. WSM set up for traditional smoking config
