What's best way to do a Ham??

Was there a reason that the reply had to come from south Louisiana? Is a Chisesi's Pride "smoked" whole ham different from other smoked hams?

Not being a smarta$$, but if you are just looking to double smoke a ham,lots of people here could have helped. Is that what you need?

Chisesi's Pride is a south LA product. It has very little fat and no bone. I'm not sure how that compares to other smoked hams. It worked out..I used the instructions on the site for a Pre-cooked ham. I also used a recipe from Weber's "Big Book OF Grilling" for the Jack Daniels Glaze. Family and neighbors raved.
