What to stuff turkey with?

I'll be cooking an apple juice brined turkey on Saturday as part of a late Thanksgiving dinner with some of my family. I was thinking of placing some quartered apples or something in the cavity. Any recommendations on this? I've heard of stuffing with apples, oranges, and onions but not sure if any of these really add any flavor to the meat or not. Anyone care to share their experiences on this? Anyone use anything else to stuff with that added flavor? Thanks.
 
I actually think it does add a little something. Apples, orange and onion is a great combo.
 
Thanks guys. I ended up just using what I had which was oranges. I placed a few orange wedges in the cavity. Turned out terrific! I was suprised how much flavor it actually added. You could really taste the orange.
