What to do with pulled beef leftovers: Episode #137, Barley Roasted Pepper Soup

I made a soup tonight with leftover BBQ beef bones, pulled beef, bell peppers, celery, onion, fresh vine tomoatoes, fresh oregano & a guajillo. It was really good, ate two servings. I'll post up a recipe tomorrow.

BTW: Larry, it's only one soup ... baked with cheese is how I served it 'like french onion soup'. I don't have a recipe for that.
