What the heck is this?

So I came across this on the internet. Is this a Weber product? It looks as if nothing is written on the damper?

It looks like it might fit a smokey joe? There are two holes where it looks like a handle obviously broke off.

Any info would be much appreciated.

I tweeted a picture at weber and they said it is not a weber product as well. A guy is selling on Craigslist for $100. If it was weber I may of forked out the cash! Thanks for your help Brad.

I've got one of those Weber helmet grills in the garage and have rarely used it. A good friend and Charger fan gave it to me several years ago. Pretty good looking.
