What;'s everyone cooking (or what did you cook) this weekend?

Saturday afternoon I smoked-up two beer-can chickens on the bottom rack of the WSM and cooked some hog-apple beans and new potatoes up top. That was good eatin'!
That was the first time I did the entire meal on one cooker... "Easy Peasy" as a few of our TVWB friends would say!
