Hi Folks made this concoction up looks disgusting doesn't it



What is that! Greek style Yoghurt with fresh Tumeric, Ginger & Garlic grated in their



Poured all over Chicken pieces and left over night





Cooked for 3 hrs on WSM with lump



Served with simple salad




Flavour got in to the chicken and also tenderised it real good

Great looking chicken!!! I have had a few of those marinades that look disgusting when put on but look fantastic when finished.
