What is cushion meat....

Has any used this cut? We sell it at work pretty cheap,(cheaper than butt). Just wondering how it cooks up.....Take it easy.

I can't answer your question Bill, never heard of the cut. I'd suggest you check with your meat department for an explanation.

Just had to respond to your post to assure you that no one (I hope) on this board is going to flame you. Please let us know when you find out what "cushion meat" is.
