what is a fatty?

do you make or buy them? if buy, where?

how do you smoke it?

Yes they are Larry.

Take your favorite sausage (I use Bob Evans) and roll it in rub and smoke till an internal temp of 155 is reached. Or you can do like Larry did and stuff the fattie and re-roll it up. The choice is yours, they're good either way.
