RIBS!!!!

The setup. Smoking on the Performer for the first time.

After about two hours. We are cleaning up the house for a birthday sleepover on Friday night, so I have to go back & forth from outside to inside. So far, the Performer is holding temps very well.

More to come...


Finishing up on the grill with a little sauce. Cooking for the fam today, so they get 'em like they like them - FOTB tender, with sauce.

Plated up with BBQ beans, corn on the cob and some slaw. Hard to beat this meal on the 4th of July.
